Roles we hire for. Every season.

Operators
Excavator, dozer, loader, skid steer.
Production operators who can run a trench to grade, shape a pad without re-work, and read a blue-top without the super standing over them. CDL a plus for trucking cross-training.
Laborers
Pipe, backfill, finish grade.
Trench work, pipe setting, compaction, grade work around structures. We hire laborers who show up on time, keep the jobsite clean, and want to move up onto a machine when they’re ready.
CDL drivers
Dump truck, Class A / B.
Hauling mass excavation, aggregate, and base from in-house jobs. Local runs in northern Utah, home every night. Current CDL, clean MVR, willing to help on the ground between hauls.
Foremen / supers
Run a crew. Talk to the city.
Lead utility or site crews, keep the daily log straight, and own the inspector relationship. Ten-plus years on wet utilities or mass excavation. We’ll pay what you’re worth. Tell us what that is.
