02Underground utilities
Water, sewer, storm. The wetter, the better.
Sanitary mains and laterals. Water main with hydrants, valves, and services. Storm drain with inlets and outfalls. Pressure tests, bac-T samples, and city sign-off. Paperwork handed over the way the engineer expects it.
03Dry conduit
Trench, conduit, and backfill.
Joint trench for power, gas, and comms. Conduit, vaults, and pull boxes set to plan. Coordinated directly with Rocky Mountain Power, Dominion, and the comm carriers, so the line’s ready when the pull crew shows up.
04Trucking
Dump trucks on our books.
Mass excavation hauling, aggregate and base delivery, spoil and disposal. In-house trucks on our projects, with capacity for outside hauls when the calendar allows. Growing the fleet every year.
Fleet
Iron on the books, running every day.
We own the machines we run most. Specialty pieces and oversize iron come from local rental houses, with every hour billed to the right bucket.

200-class down to mini, plus mid-size production machines for day-to-day trench and utility work.
Dozer
Site dozer for push and grade work on pads, haul roads, and access.
Loader
Wheel loader for stockpile, backfill, and load-out.
Skid steers
Track skids for tight work, utility trenching, and finish grading.
Compaction
Plate compactors, jumping jacks, and rollers. Trench and pad compaction to the geotech spec.
Trucks + trailers
Company dump trucks, pickups, and equipment trailers in-house. Crews roll without waiting on a hauler, and we scale up with rentals when the job calls for it.
